Pretty rad! We made it to week eight of the Run of the Week Challenge, with a specific car and track selected for the event and one week to set your best possible time. And a quick reminder: ALL ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE!
Rules
- Runs must be submitted to this thread with a screenshot (videos are also welcome) showing the finishing time and car. An example can be shown here (car can be visibly seen along with the time):
- Runs must be submitted before Friday, April 12th at 11:59PM EST
- All runs must use the car and track combo specified
This week's challenge will be Satellite City using 24/Seven. You have a week to submit! Don't expect to hit the same corkscrew shuffles you usually would, but enjoy the fun chase-cam angle and have fun!
A solid starting time from me. You can really throw this car around hard but it doesn't like giving you as much speed for it as Golden Arrow does. Very fun brain-turnoff car to fling around!
An update! Might improve this one later or I might leave it here. Depends on how much time I have for the rest of the week though.
Mostly wanted to get the Gold time here with 24/7, not sure if I'll push for a lower time later (Crazy, I think you should give this a try if you can this week)
Hit a 2:00! Wonderful! The big trick with this car is how easy it is to recover so all you have to do is throw it in as hard as possible to every pad and just make sure you aren't spun around by the end of it. It won't be as fast on its shuffles in the long term but for an initial shuffle it is true shock at how hard you can swing the car around without dying.
I almost got a 2:05 but it's all good.
