Could go faster but traffic RNG is a HUGE key factor in if the run will be good or not. Took a bit to get the proper run that I wanted but I could optimize the last corner. Happy with my time for now, good luck!

Updated IL Rules
I have added clarification on IL rules. Current runs which do not follow all rules will still stand but all new runs must follow the new rules:
-Runs are timed using the in-game timer.
-No rewinds allowed.
-No replays allowed. (To prevent rewinds from being used)
-Must show race name at before
