Hello, Korra_II_Royal. So you found it. I have confirmed it on the PS2 version, but not on the XBOX version. I think it is probably a bug (wrong setting), but I don't think it should be prohibited to get it in speedrun. I think that by treating it as a hidden item that can be obtained on any difficulty level, it would make speedrun more enjoyable, as there would be more strategy involved in deciding whether or not to get the health pack.

I didn't find it. My brother did. I'm playing the Xbox version (digital 360 download) and my brother discovered it on the original Xbox.
