I'm personally fine with both options but I think having an specific order to pick each block challenge might make runs more interesting to watch.

So, how do we take time for these? Just use livesplit?

As far as I know, TGR emulates poorly (graphics/sound glitches). I'm gonna do a few tests with some emulators to see if it's acceptable. Edit: PJ64 doesn't start the game, 1964 has graphic/sound glitches, Mupen64plus works decent enough but the audio is terrible and there's some minor graphic bugs and BizHawk seems good even if there's no sound. Didn't see any differences between bizhawk and console, if there's still actual interest in the game, might allow it (even with this late as hell post).

A video proof is required for the run to be valid. Quality doesn't matter.

Ok, i will change the rules for the trials to use the countdown timer, and edit the other records.

Take note that the countdown doesn't begin at the same time you start the track, but I've considered this since the leaderboard was created. For now i have 2 options:

1°)All the times on trials are based on the countdown timer (example: you got 5.4 secs left on andy's new house and the time given is 30.5 secs, do the math with the overall time given to beat the track and presto, same with endurance laps.)

or

2°)From now on, all videos should have a timer on it (and one in specific so we all get proper times). Time MUST begin when the green monkey's light starts and stop when the camera changes view or the lap counter appears (this can change if you want more precise time).

Personally i would go with the first one, is easier to do (though beating times will be harder) but if you (or other users) have more ideas or opinions on this topic, I will gladly take them.

I'm interesed on running this game (mostly separated times by challenges). The game isn't listed on the site, so could it be added?

i actually have ideas for categories

-100% run (all 200 toy soldiers and unlockables, order is at preference) -Character Challenge (using a cheat, you can unlock all challenges, so you could do a run of only one char) -Separated Challenge (you do one of the challenges to get the best time on that stage)
