The level editor in-game-time is rather bugged and will be stuck with the same number every session once it gets bugged.
The bug often happens after playing one or two levels and completing them (completion meaning killing the last enemy or reaching the "LEVEL CLEAR", and not the end screen).
So for Individual levels, please restart your game each time you complete a level if you want the in-game-time to be right.
In case anybody is interested in adding a campaign to the board, feel free to ask in this thread.

Yea there is nothing wrong with that video, feel free to use sound and texture mods as you wish.
Yes mods are tolerated as long they're purely cosmetic.
NG is probably the worst category in this game, I wouldn't recommend to anyone to do it since Mark, Bloodline and the FlameThrower are pretty much needed in order to a do good run, I'd recommend you to watch Jackintoshh or Ashmore if you really want to see how it's done though.
