So i've been trying all week to try and reproduce this and i've had no luck. I've managed to find other bugs that seem to have no use but i just have no idea how to reproduce this.

I've put a lot of time into trying to recreate it but so far no luck. It was during the part after the checkpoint where the camera locks and starts auto scrolling. It was just after the third or forth building, i jumped and thought i was going to miss the building so i used Seth Brodies special to teleport to the right towards the lower level of the building and the screen just really quickly panned down to the bottom left corner of the map and the slow motion effect kicked in as if the boss had been killed then the area complete thing popped up and went to the next stage.

Since i've been trying to reproduce it i've managed to find some other bugs although they seem to be useless. You can unlock the camera after it locks after the checkpoint by climbing back up the rope to the left of the checkpoint but you need to climb up to the point just before your character would die off screen and jump. You can then run around the stage without it auto scrolling. Also if you do that and run all the way to the end and hug the very right side of the stage where the camera stops theres a ledge you can land on with certain characters (blade seems to work every time). Also if you unlock the camera you can fall to the bottom of the stage past where you would normally die from falling.

I tried for about an hour last night to try and reproduce it, but i'm playing on switch so i had to keep dying until i got Seth Brondle again, i managed to glitch it by flying off the screen right at the end and i just fell forever without anything else happening but thats not what happened the first time. I'm gonna keep trying but i suspect what happened is i teleported off the screen and fell down between the buildings with somehow unloaded the megacockter and killed it because i suspect you can only die if you tough the bottom part of the screen thats auto scrolling because if you get time bro at the start you can slow time and run to the left and drop down all the way to the bottom without dying until the screen snaps to the top where the megacockter is. But i've not had chance to try that theory yet.

I had a look at some runs and couldn't see anyone using it but i was playing on hard mode and got up to the megacockter fight where you're jumping across the rooftops playing as Seth Brondle (the fly guy). I used his special, the teleport move and somehow managed to screen wrap to the bottom left of the stage and the boss just died without me doing any damage to it. Not entirely sure what happened but if anyone can explain it i'd love to hear.

This always gets suggested for resident evil games for some reason but never happens on the grounds that theres time saves and movement optimisations in the intro of the game.

I just watched the current any% wr and some things looked a little weird to me, I've never seen anything like it before. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on them.

At 59:45 during an attack, the screen completely fades out. At 1:02:05 when the opponents zoa attacks GFC's thtd the card art for thtd is distorted and the name reads as skull knight.

What causes things like this?

The moderator for the game "The Grid" has been inactive for 11 months and his only submission for the game has no sound and seems sketchy at best

It's allowed as far as the rules are concerned, but whether or not it's helpful or not is debatable.

I think the leader board should be split regardless as to whether its messy or not, that's what the website is for, tracking times for people's runs.

I've said in two separate threads that the glitches runs should be separated by version now since the last patch changed how the glitches worked, but no one seemed interested.

@Anderson with the new patch it's like running a different game though since the route has changed and previous glitches no longer work as they did before.

Since the patch has changed the glitches used to complete the run, shouldn't the boards for glitches runs separate the versions of the game used for the run now?

Wouldn't this be a known issue if that were the case? This isn't the first game to be speedrun on ps4

Well I said ban because I really can't see how it would save any time at all. You still start with the same weapons, the only time save would be not going to the machines for items, so it seems kinda superfluous. But having it as its own thing wouldn't bother me.

The routes you take would make it obvious as to which scenario you were on. Also 4th survivor mode is so drastically different to a normal play through that you'd see within the first 5 seconds you'd changed the models. It's not difficult to enforce at all.
