I'll try to. I think it has to do with going in and out of zones, so I'm doing research on that.

Some new finds:

You are completely immune while inside a "portal". There's an easier way to get inside (and pretty deep inside) the portal area by just having the start menu open and have an enemy push you into it. Eventually, you'll be inside of it, and the enemy can't push you in further - because you just can't be touched. Releasing the Start Menu makes you start the walking animation and get inside.

I've tried killing myself (with a Grenade) while I'm in the auto-moving part of the portals at Goblin and it didn't work. I saw the damage numbers, but they never reduced my actual HP, much like the campfire at the Castle. So, with these findings, I assume that there is just a hitbox of immunity at these portals. Finding a place with a faulty hitbox for this could be great.

I've also found the method for moving and opening the Start Menu at the same time. It's these following frames:

-Frame 0: (Holding nothing) -Frame 1: Hold down the movement button -Frame 2: Hold down the movement button -Frame 3: Hold down the movement button + Start

And with that you'll move and have the Start Menu open at the same time for a couple of frames.

Edit:

Bakafon, the side-quests seem to be recycled maps from Shining Soul I! That might be why they've got the bug! Hrmmmmm

Edit: It's possible to bring up the Start Menu on top of a "teleporter", when it's normally forbidden to! Just attack the enemy that makes it appear and asap bring up the start menu. The teleporter will spawn under you and you'll have the menu open.

You can use the Angel Wing here. But not in the boss room's, hrm.

More useless glitches: You're immune to grenades while you have the Save prompt open, but they will none the less explode.

If you're poisoned while going into a teleporter, a tick to kill you can happen while you're in transit but you'll receive no damage.

Hello! I'm pretty new. I like glitches!

I figured I could try to find some, perhaps get the ball rolling to find the next big thing for this niche game :P

Here my humble findings:

-L/R Menu at Start menu:-

You can keep the L and R-Button menus (weapons and items) open while you have the Start Button menu open as well.

Just open the L or R menu and then open the Start menu while they're up. Once all three are open at the same time, keep the L (or R) menu "alive" by keeping on pressing the L or R buttons to tab between options. Normally, you can't bring this menu up on the start screen. But with this, you can.

-Glitched speech screen-

If you press Start and A at the same time to an NPC that talks, you'll get the text without the "background". If you do this to a shop NPC, the screen will flicker weirdly for a moment but then snap back to the NPC's special screen.

  • Start Menu while in Auto-Walk mode-

You can do this at the first door of Goblin Fort. Place yourself right before you start to auto-walk in, and press up and start at the same time. If you do it right, you'll be in the auto-walk zone, but with the start menu open, stopping you from walking in further. If you remove the Start menu, you'll walk in. You can't use the Angel Wing during this mode, oddly.

Not a glitch but there is a "Start Menu Barrier" next to the Castle's exit and the Colosseum exit. Did the devs not want us to have the Start Menu open while were there? What would happen if we COULD open it there? HRMMM
