When does the time start and end for Any%? My best guess is it starts when a new save is opened and it ends when Helping Hands is completed

Hi, it starts on the title screen and ends after finish Helping Hands and returning to the title screen

Heya! It start exactly when you press the spacebar on the file select screen and then it ends when you reach the credits of Helping Hands (Credits). Hope that helps!
