I just heard about this! I'm pumped. I still have my N64 and cart but I think I might go the NSO+ route if and when I get around to learning the game...
I don't run this, just follow, but I would think All Difficulties Glitchless could just have optional breaks between difficulties, right? Or character select etc. where it's harder to splice due to animations. I don't know how long of a run this would be, but for example, you could either take a 10-minute break at the community-decided spot in the run (which would be deducted from your final time) or you don't. Some easy increment of minutes to track (10, 20, etc.), but one that is the same amount for each break. You would leave the time and recording running to keep it RTA.
Ya that's the plan, to shove old stuff into a metacategory again. The new categories will depend on what people run
Nice runs! I re-timed this vod a second earlier. If you do more, make sure to include the lives/health section on-screen (otherwise it's more annoying to check for cheat codes). I included this on the rules thing going forward if anyone makes the mistake of running this game
Forest of Illusion recently uploaded a prototype that was found for iggy's reckin' balls, if anyone finds this kind of thing interesting. They're also looking for anyone who can spot differences:

gg! I chopped off the milliseconds because the timer's start/end times weren't exact. I recommend the autosplitter if you haven't tried it yet
Howdy, I'm cleaning up and removing the misc board for Max Rooms. Nobody was using it. If you want to start up the board again, record a run and DM me a link to the VOD. Below is the stuff I'm removing if you want to look at it. Thanks~
Room-list pastebin: https://pastebin.com/fv22rB7V
Rules: a.k.a.: First Super-Long Day At School%
Visit all 78 accessible room IDs in the game; completing levels is not necessary.
Proof:
- Video
- Audible sound effects
- Splits
Timer:
- Starts on selecting any save file
- Ends on entering final room
- Using the autosplitter is recommended for accuracy: use only the "Split upon loading any room" option, and also enable "Start timer when opening any file" if starting with a completed save file
Requirements and Restrictions:
- Using multiple saves is allowed
- Using completed saves is allowed
- Using portals to warp is allowed
- Using the tab menu to select stages in hub areas is banned
- Closing the game is banned
- Manipulating *.sav files during the run is banned (but is otherwise allowed)
Here's the one run I did:
Hi, could a mod please update the release date on the game settings page? It's listed as (2006) currently but the deluxe version was released in 2004. Here's the developer's website which shows August 30th 2004:

Hi, I wanted to clean up the resources page by removing some old additions to the "tools" section. These are from 2017 or prior, and don't reflect current strats, or which have information that can be gleaned from watching VODs of modern runs. It felt bad removing them with no explanation so I'm including them here to have record of their existence:

Hey, did anyone hear about the new version exclusive to Opera GX? It has semi-randomized levels:

Developer tweet:
Sounds like a decent middle-ground. I'll admit I don't know how much the difficulty setting really impacts things. But I do appreciate streamlined information, and boards without a bunch of bloat.
If you do add this vod, you might want to add a Web platform, if you haven't yet. I think it was run on the old Newgrounds version. It's up to you whether you accept web versions going forward though, not sure how that works with Flash being deprecated.
Hey, I saw that some SRC people commented on this video, suggesting that the runner submit it to the board. It's been 4 years, I don't think they're going to bother. But I think that the board should list the actual 18:38 record, regardless.
You know moderators can submit on behalf of others, right? I think that's appropriate. My suggestion is submitting the above link under Player "Maadball" with the date as March 20, 2016, the upload date on the video. To be clear, there's no Maadball user page on SRC so the name won't link to anything, but the entry will still be valid, and will reflect the real time to beat for other runners.
Yeah looks like two would be retimed: Yagelon 2:34:34 -> 2:21:50 (probably :49) owoisop 3:19:53 - > 3:19:55 imo, timer stops at :51 but the video continues for 4 seconds until the pop-up appears
I checked the others, they look accurate.
But maybe the timing should be more consistent? When the pop-up appears? When the "I won" sound effect plays for your team on the final battle? The first frame that the frontend loads? I know Armageddon is a bit different, but most the golden standard for speed games is ending the timer on the final actionable frame, ie. last frame you can have input to influence anything. I'm not sure how that translates to Armageddon, like whether you count the menus or not. Technically, last input would mean when control is taken from you on the final turn where the final enemy dies.
What? Aren't they all the same?
