I have a fresh Metal run waiting for it... Just because you have to hack to play as him doesn't make him any different than any other character. He has a full functioning moveset, and it is still challenging to blast through the stages with a decent time.

probably not. The main reason is just what you said. You have to hack to play as him. Plus all of the mods here don't check the forums enough. Also, Honey doesn't have a category, so why should a character that you have to hack to play as have 1 as well.
