I show how to complete the game without foam using only a single minor glitch.

For the z-slide to get missiles, you will hold sprint + left directional input for the whole trick. Start to the right of the door and sprint to the left. While still holding S+L, use the manual aim (default: Q or right control stick) to aim to the right so that Jason turns around. While Jason is turning around, press and hold crouch. The timing of the crouch should start maybe half a second after you do the aim input, so that Jason is still running left but has started to rotate. You should hear a sliding sound effect (to sample the sound effect, just press crouch while sprinting normally) and Jason will slide into the background. No sound effect = you pressed crouch too slow and didn't slide. If you get the sound effect but Jason just hits the door, you aimed to the right too late or you hit crouch too soon.

The goal is to make Jason face the background while sprinting, and the slide will make him go further into the background and around the missile door.
