Pretty cool discovery by Feya Chan.

The setup is as follows: Fulton Mosquito and restart the mission. This should make the game think you eliminated Mosquito (non-lethally) as soon as the mission starts. This feels kinda precise and it doesn't always work for some reason (?) but you should get it to work, eventually.

I don't know why but the IGT was slower when I started recording my attempts, so anyone with a good PC (or console) should be able to get a low 17. This means that technically Feya Chan still has the record with a 17.234 IGT.
