Previous WR was 5:34.04 (same digits :O), a whole 40+ second improvement, thanks to a breakthrough using "Parallel Universes" (PU glitch).

The way this works is everytime you restart the game using the flash configuration window (by rewinding), the original instance of the game keeps running in the background, which allows you to play with multiple instances of the game at the same time.

I picked up the green key because of muscular memory, that wasn't necesary for this route. I also lost a lot of hp on forest (on the second PU) which led to an unnecesary extra death.
