It can be as many players as there is and you need to be fast at winning.

The bridge has runs under the Arcade Games category and ground wars’ win requirements are weird and confuse me.

We've had some internal discussion about this, and while it may be great for some players, we just aren't sure if many people would speedrun it or not. That being said, that does not mean that Ground Wars is off the table, it just means that we aren't sure if we're going to add it yet or not. It's definitely worth consideration!
