Hello runners, my doubt here is a run with this modified inventory (obviously modified) in the -NG+ Normal- will be accepted??

It will not be accepted, no. Can't have multiple grenades etc. in a single spot, since it's not possible in the game without modifications.

I do not think modified inventory period is not accepted although there should be some clarification on this. It looks like this modded inventory was used with Action Replay or another modding program.

I used the "modifier inventory" program!! I have a save with same things but not with that lot of grenades. I think its better using the normal save tho. Im already in the 27th, I think I can beat my PB using the normal save

Most people on PC who are running NG+ have used the inventory modifier to create their saves so they don't have to manually collect everything. This is perfectly acceptable, it is only illegal to modify things in any way that cannot be accomplished through regularly playing the game such as stacking grenades

So those grenades in the print can be consider as "stack grenades"? And thats will turn the run as illegal ,right?

Yep, if anything that is normally a single use item has multiple uses in the same item slot it is illegal

If you can't stack stuff with the unmodified game it means you can't use it in a speedrun. It's ok to use the modifier to get the NG+ items asap anyways.

I suppose the issue also is that, if you end up picking up extra grenades if necessary, they'd start to stack, which would in the end cause an advantage for you :)
