#1 I captured a clip of ‘A New Life’ in capped 60 FPS. I prefer playing Hitman with post filters On, which sometimes drops the FPS at 40-50. Is it alright if the speed run was mostly done at an average of 45 FPS and never went above the 60 FPS mark? The media file is in 30 FPS, by the way.

#2 The speed run that I tried is Rockmen’s 1:00 way. Is it against the rules if I submit a speedrun initially done by someone else? I got 0:57. I have also seen two already 57-mark speed runs by two members here.
