PSone or PlayStation 2?

Hi,

I own the PlayStation (PAL) version of the game as well as a PSone and a PlayStation 2, and I would like to compete for the PS1 category.

Do I absolutely have to record the footage from my PSone to be eligible, or is it fine to run the game on my PS2?

Thanks :)

It seems that load times are a major factor in this game, and this has created a few different categories already. For that reason I personally think that should stay the same, while level runs should be grouped together if possible.

Okay this is what I was thinking, I just wanted to make sure that a genuine PS1 console is required for this category.

That said I will probably do PS2 runs as well, just to see how fast I could go with reduced loading times :)

Thank you for your answer!
