There's definitely still room for improvement but all in all this was a really good run! Don't directly know what caused the time save, i assume better movement. I'll have to compare it to prior runs. Possibly a 6:08? this is on the high end of 6:09, not sure how much the refinement process for movement will cut. We'll see

Im also not doing splits.io anymore 'cuz they act weird with my CoPa splits
