Some changes;

-The Main Categories have been added. -Console and Emulator were moved to a required variable. -The rules were updated. -Difficulty is now updated and seperated for Battle and Story. -Story is unaffected by life stock. Battle is affected. -Added Pal Region. -Rechecked and added runs back to the correct categories. -Added Easy% as requested. -added the discord link -Verified pending runs.
