This is easily one of, if not the most scuffed, confusing, cursed, and abnormal playthroughs I have EVER done in my life!
mod note: Retimed to 5:39:34. In future 97% runs, please either show a full notebook near the end of the run (quickly scroll through to show toys, gun and gear upgrades, etc) or save and reload to show game completion to aid in verification.

Clarified Any% (No Offscreen) rules to specify that traveling through unloaded rooms is illegal, but it is ok if the character sprite is briefly offscreen during room transitions, cutscenes, etc.
