I like it to play the retro Zelda games on the Game & watch. I want to ask if the game & watch is allowed for Speedruning? And if t's not allowed, it would be great to know why?

I know it s allowed for Zelda 1 .... but for Zelda 2 it s not possible to select it in the platform section when you submit a run ...

Maybe admins have more informations about that ...

i tested it out for a bit to see if I could spot any differences. I noticed pretty quick that it doesn't let you pause in the overworld. That indicates the program ROM is different in some way, even though it's a disadvantage from a speedrunning perspective.

I guess there is the Pause/Reset button, but it brings up a dialog box. Also, whether overworld or in the spell menu in the side-scrolling areas, it doesn't allow you to unpause after pressing a direction.
