Since it's dupeless it means you need to do everything. My suggestion would be go play semi-blind or make your own route with your preferences.

You need to enter the marker while 3, 5 or 7 seconds left. Timing is important otherwise it doesn't work properly.

with no major glitches, om0, duping like you said, I'd say like 10-12 hours. Ofc it also depends how well you play.

You can check cazpersky's run in hundo leaderbords, it has no duping, om0 stuff at all if my memory serves me.

Edit: ok just checked, he does jury fury dupe and also does para and pizza with om0 help so he can teleport to a nearby house but nothing else major really.

Pausing timer and game or not is not really an issue but mods may consider it as a spliced run if you're not gonna stream since it has happened a lot.

You can try doing a run of it instead of asking actually, then you can submit it if you want. Mods might consider verifying it as a miscellaneous category.

In that quarry 7 IL by Akzo that you showed, I think mods considered the in-game time which the one mission provided. If you check the video, you'll see that the mission takes place between [COPS 08:00] and [COPS 04:31] so it basically makes 03:29.

I'm a just viewer as well and I think it would be pretty nice to see it. Any (No Major Glitches) seems like a good name. Also if it will be brought back to the main leaderboards, also city categories should be brought as well. I'm talking about LS%, SF% etc. They don't really fit to the CE.

Sure, Hooker%, Low% etc. seems reasonable in meme runs but city runs might be seen well in main LB, maybe in misc categories? Just telling.

I think the route you take after the cutscene is important. You shouldn't go directly, instead, you should turn right before going to the beach.

You see, it's a glitch not a cheat so it's allowed. Also you'll notice that those two have a yellow icon in their radars due to starting blood-bowl x3 to remove traffic if you look closely :)

You can use it in races as well.

But shouldn't quarry levels be counted as missions as well? Players technically do only 1 mission in quarry but the game thinks that they did 7. It seems like the Eotl pattern. That's why I mentioned it.

Nice thought but in fact, all missions get done. Eotl part 1 only skips a part of the mission, not all of the mission. I don't think anything is wrong with it.

Also, you set your 100% run as "no mission skips" in GTA Category Extensions but you used duping for skipping 6 missions in quarry. Doesn't it make that run invalid as well?
