Yeah I am in the discord server. I already managed to take care of this problem for the most part though since I got a friend to help out. It was mostly drive space, as I had only around 4GB free when I recorded this. I didn't know drive space had an effect on recording lag, I guess I do now. :)

It's clearly speed 2. The run is way too sloppy to be a low 43 and you jump further and spend less time on the platforms. If you have MVP++ then you have speed 2 unless you used fire trail gadget to reset (which I can see you didn't). If you don't have MVP++, then something fishy is afoot. (I also searched your speedrun.com username on plancke and the player with that Minecraft username has MVP++)

Actually I'm open to this. We could have category extensions for the categories that include barely any maps or that not everyone can do. For example Fly% (VIP - MVP+), Shortcutless, Gadget%, Morph% (the one where your friends turn into iron golems and launch you to the checkpoints), No sprint, No speed (only possible in duels), etc.

While we do have the All Checkpoints catogory, it would be nice to have a true shortcutless category, for courses like Blitz, Skywars, and Arcade Games. There may be only a few that fall under this category, but there are only 6 courses that fall under the Any% category as well.

Other possible ideas for categories would be Gadget% and No Sprint. There could also be categories for fastest times on each section of each course.

Hoping these ideas are taken into account :)

Ok i just broke the world record to prove it. 1:08.309. I can't send images in forum posts so I'll just submit the run once I uplaod it. Wtf.

Edit: My run doesn't really prove it since I messed up on the ice, but I'll keep trying to lower the time.

First, blue ice only exists in 1.13+ and therefore cannot be in a Hypixel lobby. The new block is just regular ice. Second, I tested it and these changes make no difference whatsoever.

You said now followed by a reason for why it wouldn't be allowed, could you have meant not?

Rules

Complete the course, from Parkour Start to Parkour End. You must hit every checkpoint. No collectibles (gadgets, morphs, etc.) may be used. Any other exploits or shortcuts are allowed.

The grappling hook gadget is a gadget.

SkyClash has been removed and you now can't get to the lobby even with a command. Speed UHC no longer has a lobby because it's now a gamemode in UHC Champions. Some people can't find Crazy Walls because it's not in the default Game Menu, but you can find it in the All Games tab, or by typing /l crazywalls
