anything not playerside should not be considered glitched as it is then the games fault

this is stupid. if the game bugs and ends the run immediately, for example, even with the player doing nothing, that's still a bug. it's an unfair advantage due to unintended game behaviour.

Since some people have rushed to take advantage of all the new WR spots, let's clear some things up about glitchless: if it's not supposed to happen, it's a glitch.

Seems obvious, I know, but there's been a couple examples people think are valid:

• The van driving away in Diamond Store should not let you escape. That is a glitch.
• The bag pickup ring in Brick Bank should not be there until the helicopter arrives. That is a glitch.
• I didn't expect to have to say this, but the infinite stamina bug is a glitch.
• Shadow Raid allows you to escape during Loud. That is not a glitch.

Standards are a little higher in Glitchless runs, as well, as we need to confirm that nobody's using glitches. For Co-op runs, ensure that everyone is recording their perspective or your run will be marked as glitched. I'll add this to the website's "view rules", too.
