Given how contested the top spots are, and how frequently ties currently exist, I think it would be a good idea to start reporting milliseconds for runs on the board rather than just in the notes, if possible.

I didn't mention it in the original post, but we need rules regarding what frames the run starts and ends on so people aren't arbitrarily frame counting their runs differently.

I guess I would propose first frame of fade out on main menu after selecting difficulty and first frame of fade in on the happy birthday end screen.

with the new 1.5V I would suggest setting the ending frame as the frame once Grimace ius fully visible in the credit screen
