Hello, I'd like to request moderation for The Sims Bustin' out (GBA), there's been a couple of new runs lately that haven't been verified and all the Moderators aren't on the Sims discord with the community and have been inactive for months.

I've been messing around with this game for a few weeks with the intention of doing a speedrun but I have no way to capture footage from my GBA. Is it allowed to submit a speedrun done on an emulator? I ask since there's no mention of them being banned in the rules.
