At what point do i start the clock? Do you count the calus cut scene in that time? Are there any other places that the time is not counted?

My first post and submit ever. I changed my video link from twitch to youtube and now it has to be resubmitted. This was after it was accepted. I only did it because twitch will delete my videos aftervso many days. What can i do to prevent this. Do i have to just link youtub instead of twitch? Im very lost right now.
