In order to streamline progress for setting up ILs I'm going to make cmdr a mod as he says he has experience on IL boards

I don't remember my stance back in the day but I think switching to IGT (i.e. Mission 1 timer starts at 1:00 and you finish at 0:29 so thats 31 seconds and you add it up for all 10 missions) is a good idea. I think the reason IGT flopped back in the day is because of the intense recount it required. This way you don't have to worry about frame precise counts. Can use a counter on livesplit and do the math as you go instead of RTA timer. Don't know why the thought popped in my head but I could re-time all the runs and such. This way is fair across all consoles and emu because load times and frame rate mean nothing. I think this will promote more people to run the game since they wouldn't need a good PC to be competitive.

As soon as the objective is completed. Crossing a finish line, making the last putt, etc. As long as it's clear you completed the sport.

I've always been on the side of BC PS3's along with DJ. As we know, however, our resident wanna-be english teacher is not the greatest and making points with correct structure or intent. It's unfortunate as I feel like things could have went much smoother if someone with a better grasp of things were to bring it up. I will always agree with allowing BC PS3's, but I also agree with the 2 runs to add rule. I'd gladly do a KH-E run so that it can be officially added whenever I get the opportunity, and I hope we can take away the hostility with DJ pulling a Pain calling mods dumb and people deleting posts or people feeling the need compare his run to what it would figuratively be on a PS2. If we can take a step back and start over without ill-will or bad blood I think we can make better progress. That being said, I understand both sides when it comes to DJ calling it a "WR" While it is in fact the fastest completion of the game, and even in a separate category, being the only run it is inherently WR. BUT, I get why people wouldn't want others to think the PS2 run was beaten on another PS2. I think if we can just be better at explaining exactly what the terms of the run were that would be better for all of us.

I'd like to request to be added as a moderator as I moderate the Wii Sports Resort leaderboards and am one of the more active runners. With braig you're more-than-likely on 1080P resolution. You need to play in 720P or lower for swordbill to kill in that case. Magic Mirror is very pattern based, I'd recommend watching a bunch of runs to see what they do and for dragon if you watch the WR video his deck set-up with 2 blizzards makes the fight way more consistent. You just have to be really fast about it. Sorry I can't explain better but I hope this helps.

If I'm gonna add new categories I'd rather have videos. You don't need a capture card, you can point a camera at a TV or whatever. I pretty much think all runs should have video proof of some kind.

Get Laid, Unlock Venus, All Panties, and Homie%/Get Laid by Kyu I think are all unique in their definitions. Get Laid is like an any% of sorts. All Panties is true any% I suppose. Unlock Venus is, well, unlocking a character, and while homie% might seem like something arbitrary like "fuck 2 girls" its not really. There's not a clear end to the game so defining certain objectives is all we can do. I think flooding the boards with each character is a bad idea since the only thing that would change is the time of day order. I don't think categories other than the 4 defined (branching off for difficulty) can really happen without being really arbitrary. I should come back to this game if some people want to take it serious, I think that's p cool.

I can see the mistakes part. I'm still on the fence about it in general.
