I own ore.run (think: http://sc.ore.run) and would turn it over free of charge, though I can imagine that's not the route src wants to go. I'd love to have Donkey Kong high score tracking here, we definitely need some kind of alternative over TG. Thank you for giving this serious thought.
I'm using a mechanical keyboard converted to function as a Gamecube controller so I can play using an original cart.
WASD - Movement Enter - Start Space - Select
H and . - A J and / - B
These double binds help with the quick bomb drops in D7.
edit: And if double binds aren't allowed, someone please tell me. I haven't submitted a run using this setup yet.
I built a Memrise course to learn a menu route. It's only complete up to about D6, but someone might find it helpful:

You'll be prompted with a screenshot and be asked to type the keys. Right now this is configured to my key bindings, which are:
Up: W Left: A Down: S Right: D A: / B: .
There's a weird Memrise bug where if the only input is "/", you have to actually type "A".
It's kind of quirky, but it has helped me learn my menu route much faster than I otherwise would have. I might build something like this out into a small webapp soon where the key bindings can be customized.
I would definitely submit my Donkey Kong score here if high scores were tracked... I hope this feature comes to fruition.
Hey guys, figured I'd go ahead and introduce myself like I've seen a few others doing. I've been learning LADX off and on since about December, but really started committing a lot of time to it over the last month. Last night I completed my first Any% No WW/OOB (No S+Q) run of around 1 hour and 12 minutes. It was a pretty lousy recording and I made a lot of mistakes, so I'm hoping to improve that time very soon and make an official submission.
I have a few other world records for various games, but I'm enjoying LADX so much I think this is going to be my focus for quite a while. Look forward to seeing you all in your streams!
