Is it allowed to use continues? I have run on the hardest difficulty and you not only have time as an enemy but also the same game, sometimes in the final stage, I end up with few lives and I only need Mr. X. So if you can tell me if it is allowed or not , since it doesn't say anything in the rules about continues, would you do me a favor, thanks and good vibes !

Continues are allowed since it is part of the game functionality and if anything it will cost you a lttle time using a continue. Also see oldest Blaze run on hardest, Fuenza uses a continue on Mr X.

Thanks for the answers ! It was to remove the doubt of whether I could use continues or not, because in hardest, I get to Mr X and the truth costs me a lot and sometimes for convenience I prefer to die, lose life and not waste time trying to dodge the galzias or Mr x. Good vibes brosss!
