is it allowed to run RUN on PS2 with Opl?

Since the rules have changed and we are going to use in game time, some moderator should edit the game and set the default time method as IGT.

Yes, MarlonchavesMCR it is allowed. The way of which no longer matters due to switching to IGT. There is no longer any advantage to running on a specific platform.
