The idea is incredibly easy. Put a marked car on top of a regular car where Tanner spawns. The mission clears the spawn area, so the bottom car is deleted. Tanner spawns, the top vehicle falls on top of him and he dies (peds take a lot of damage during cutscenes if they are under something). Sounds easy, right? Well, that's because it is. Glad that I got it quickly, didn't expect less from a top tier player like me.
