I'm pretty proud of this one. I'm kind of new to running this game, so it's kind of sloppy in terms of gameplay. Really sorry about the video quality.

While I have this here, I'm going to just spout off some tricks I used during this run that I think are cool:

  • When entering the background in "The Whine Cellar," if you clutch boost while interacting with the Layer Spring, hold left while jumping, you'll start clutching mid-air and if you keep down held, you'll hammer slide through the small gap. This mostly looks cool and skips all the debris.
  • A similar trick can be done in the background of "Down the Tubes." At the very top of the segment where the layer spring is, if you clutch boost after ascending the ladder, making sure to tornado through the brick blocks, and if you use the Layer Spring while you're still clutching then hold right mid-air and, if you didn't mess it up like I did in this specific run, tornado through the Pippo, it potentially allows you to bonk off the wall much faster for entering the manhole.
  • In "Unincorporated Zone No. 24," you can slide back to the previous room during the lengthy explosion. When you come back, the Heart blocks will be gone, skipping some of the duration. I'm still not sure how much time this actually saves.
