We've fixed the following errors
- Fixed an error that caused players to return to the same specs as level 1 upon reaching level 4 of the State Press Department.
- Fixed a bug where the tooltip stated that Front Room gained +5 Happiness per car at level 4, when in fact it only gained +3.
Changing timing rules
Hi guys, the timing for runs will be changed. Instead of starting your runs when the quote at the beginning starts, the timer will now start when the Conductor Installation Ceremony prompt pops up
