Page overhaul is needed

I am wondering why the page for this game is underdeveloped. I feel it should be formatted more like the Pac-man page with the different run categories as tabs, then you click a dropdown and choose which port of the game you want to see runs for. Also, the original game was the Arcade version, not the NES port. The list of ports according to Wikipedia are: Arcade, Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Atari 8-bit, ColecoVision, Commodore 64, Intellivision, Odyssey², NES, TI-99/4A, and Mobile. These should all be listed at the top of the page as well, and the image should be changed to an art or image reflecting the original Arcade version of Popeye. Please take these suggestions into consideration.

This board was for the NES version of Popeye before anything else. Then other people started running other versions and asking us to add them to this board rather than have them be their own boards. We're taking it as it comes, and I'd be happy to do some reformatting. But the NES version will always be the default.

I would love to see some reformatting! I like nice things.

hello! agreed about an overhaul needed. I chatted with KumaKhan22 (https://www.speedrun.com/user/KumaKhan22). He offered to hop on as a mod to help clean everything up. He has a ton of backend knowledge with SRC so it should be pretty seamless. Let me know if that works for you, NESCardinality.

Hey NEScard, please see above and let us know. Kuma is ready to come in and overhaul, but I don’t have the ability to add them as a mod. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay, apparently I only get notifications when a thread is started, but not when there are new replies. I just added Kuma and I'll be sure to check back regularly.

Proper construction is now under way. Sorry for the delay, but now that the ball is rolling it shan't be long.
