why isn't the raids a category? Am I blind, or is there a reason there not a category?

There is but it is in the full-game leaderboard and then the tab for trials.Here: https://www.speedrun.com/wf/full_game#Trials

Not to be confused with Trial, which is popularly dubbed as Raid.
