Hi all new runners! Please be sure to check out the Guide for setting up the autosplitter. There is also a guide that will teach you how to run the game. Additionally, there is a glitches and skips list. I authored all of these guides to try to generate as much support for this game as possible and hope to have new rules soon. I am currently getting an extra points bug. Anytime I get the extra points at the top, separate from the regular points, it does not count towards my total score. Is there a fix for this?

how do you take out evil charlie so fast? I always fly way up in the air.

My current knowledge:

Screamer Stun Dodge

Description: If you press your melee button while running, you will perform a dash move. When timed correctly before the scream of a screamer, you can dodge the stun, allowing you to run past the screamer and save ~3.4 seconds. credit: u/alfabozs

Heavy Weapon Teleport Description: If you spam your aim down sights button at a heavy weapon from a distance, and spam the pick up weapon button while spamming your aim down sights button, you can pick up the weapon. This could be useful for getting heavy weapons to places you should not be allowed to. credit: Tyshoe

Rift Animation Skip

Description: If you hold a heavy weapon while sealing a rift, you will skip the animation to close the rift, which saves ~3.2 seconds. credit: MagicBanannaz#3453

Double Generator on Death Canal

In gates of hell on 2. Death Canal, you can repair both generators at the same time. This is easiest to achieve in co-op, as multiple people can watch both generators, but it is optional to do in solo as well. Each generator takes 2 full minutes to repair from the moment you put the fuse in to the moment it is fully repaired. Assuming you repair both at the same exact time, you would save around 2 minutes... but if you perform this in solo, you cannot save 2 full minutes. This is because after you start the first generator, it takes time to run from to the other generator and start it up. If you do this strat, you should save about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Please use this thread as an opportunity to spread any knowledge of glitches, bugs, or unique techniques, which could be used to speed up the final time of any of the runs.

I figured it out, it was only changed for the full game run. This was not changed for the individual level runs. I will wait to submit all my runs.

Hey UprisenTV, is this still fixed? I just submitted 2 runs and it would not let me enter less than 4 players so I just entered random names in slot 3 and 4.

https://www.speedrun.com/za4 The game is a free game offered with PS plus for April of 2021. I tried it out and had much more fun than I imagined. I ended up doing a speedrun for the game and got world record on my first run. Would love to compete with others. It is straightforward and there are no special strats as of now. My current WR waiting to be verified is 3:52:02.

I am new to officially speedrunning games but it has always been fun to try to beat games as fast as possible. A friend introduced me to speedrunning and I have dipped my feet in a couple of different areas.

I am waiting for my runs to be verified for Zombie Army 4: Dead War, which all 10 submissions (1 for the game, 9 for individual levels) will be world records when they are finally verified. If you visit the game category, you will see the game is very inactive.

What is your opinion on running lesser-ran games and having the world record? It feels cool to know that I have world record for every aspect of the game but is it really that cool if no one is speedrunning it and submitting on speedrun.com?
