@Mars02 since the tournament starts June 8, it gives a lot of time for people that do not have the cutoff time to pb. Let's say someone has a 30 in 16. With enough dedication, sub 23 is easily possible before signups close

5. You can miss your scheduled tourney match 2 times. If you miss it the 3rd time, you will be DQed
