Is there no existing glitchless category for this game? I mean, any% is great and all, but I'd kind of like to see what glitchless would look like

I'm fairly new to glitchless speedruns, and I was wondering if anyone had tips on avoiding encounters with the Spear Guys and Fuzzies in Jade Jungle. I've gotten many game overs to the Spear Guy before the second Yoshi Kid so many times. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
