I'm not sure about the practicality of a crank run due to rule the mods have set in place and it would not be likely to have many runners as crank sharpeners can be somewhat hard to come by.

Honestly I would keep 100 just to be safe

Technically the use of the sharpener on the drill would count as mounting since you are attaching a foreign object that isn’t the pencil so therefore under our rule set would not be allowed
