Hello! The timer freeze glitch is known and was found and used in old death wish any% speedruns, but as of now it's banned outside of a few exceptions where you don't input anything while the timer is frozen in Speedrun Well. It's very impressive that you found it though, it's a very niche glitch not very well known throughout the entire community.

Hello moderator here, I apologize for the rejection as I missed the reset that came soon after. I will go back and verify it for you. As shiny said though, I would advise cutting to the closest reset next time to make sure stuff like that isn't missed next time.
