This could mean 3 things. 1. Getting all the stars in Mushroom kingdom. 2. Getting the Mario 64 Costume. 3. Getting the star in the Mario 64 costume room

This speedrun could mean 3 things 1. Going to yoshis island (basically star%), 2. Capturing yoshi. and 3. Getting every moon that has Yoshi required (dark side included)

So basically luigi% could be 2 different runs. 1. Beat the game and get the luigi costume as fast as possible. 2. Beat the game and get all 5 golden balloons in luigi's balloon world
