Maybe you just need to kill the second guy at a very specific time (range?) to actually get a lower time at all
Somehow this reminds me of the Frame rule in Super Mario Bros :P
You don't need to verify a run the second after it's been submitted anyway. Some people even take a few days and it's perfectly fine.
Easier way to access this place : in the explorer adress bar, type %appdata% -> enter -> you're directly into Appdata/Roaming, you just need to go to the parent folder to find LocalLow and continue your way there
Hey, me being a full mod has nothing to do here. I was just giving my point of view as someone from the community. I may not be running yet but I'm helping here and there.
Killstagram does provide times for both RTA and IGT. That's probably fair. My final word is that, if you ever want to use this as a viable source (which seems to be, after all), better wait for Killstagram to be entirely useable. So far, I experienced that you can upload your replays, but it looks impossible to find them on the website because so many features aren't available yet.
that IGT is the exact same in game as on the Killstagram site
It's not. There's always an extra sequence at the end, where you see your character throw the weapon. This action happens during the "SUPERHOT" cutscene at the end of a level. Unless you edit the footage before sending it to Killstagram obviously.
Example of an uncut Killstagram replay : https://gfycat.com/NextPeriodicEmperorpenguin There's like 1-2 extra seconds after the last kill, this shouldn't count.
Killstagram replays run at full speed. So it basically shows IGT instead of RTA.
I routed all the phases of CORE with the safe spot.
It's actually not that hard :
TitoMakaniJr pointed out there is a safe spot in CORE.lvl, that is accessible in every phase.
I've put pictures on his words :
Kinda ballsy but the time reward is great (+ safe once you're there)

Thanks to this run you can remove auto-verification, or I do it myself. Also, if mail spamming is an issue for you, you can just disable mail sending.
Guess I can repost my strats for level 1 and 4
Not sure if they're RTA viable, it took me a lot of tries to get them right on Speedrun mode (not SpeedrunRT, I really took my time to pull them off correctly)
Kirkq is handling game requests, I think he does that once a week or so.
There's a menu item for it already, and it's been in the making for a very long time ( > a year)
I personally don't have any progress report to share though.
Basically all the games I run except Ori which has a decent reputation already.
I have 1 week of holidays starting tomorrow, so I could do that anytime this week. Afterwards, weekends only for me.
@altabiscuit : why not trying to make it a big race, I agree that Nightsky is a good blind race, even though mmeaninglessname's mod is said to be harder than the legacy game
No need to say more, Ozotuh summed it up well
