Seeing as Insanity has a category, why isn't there a Scooter mode?

It's a series that has a beginning and an end, so is it possible to add one? I think it's very funny as a concept to go both as fast, and as slowly as possible. You only get a taser and have to fight against the strongest weapons in the game. It's a challenge, to say the least.
