I failed like 8 runs in a row because of the gate conversion. It is so damn hard to get soldiers inside. On the other hand it was quite good, because the last run was also the fastest I did. Getting iron and wood faster could improve the time. Maybe one could do it with less soldiers but I would not want to risk that.
