I see a lot of runs are done using emulators. Is that preferred or is there not a difference. I would like to know since my copy needs to be replaced on my console, and if emulator is stronger is PS2 better than GCN

its kind of none cares :D not enough people to just throw - Hey we dont use emus here sorry :P for glich that i use it requires game to be played while disc is not in, so for now only ps2 emu is really able to do it. As of consoles u cant take out disc on GCN and continue playing, i had xbox long ago and glich was working so i guess it should work w/ps2 too. Just enjoy ;)

At the moment the rules are flexible, I don’t know if emulator is different (I'd guess it is). But I couldn't imagine how I'd learn to improve the run without save states. Like, I could see a time at some point you split console and emulator into two category's, and that disc eject glitch probably has to go into a separate category at some point too.
