Hoy Quarlow Profile: Hoy enjoys long walks on the beach, deep conversations, and randomly ducking or blocking endlessly to cut short world record individual level speedrun attempts.

This one was actually a lot of fun despite being frustrating. I'm kind of proud of the little phase 2 delay of a frame leading to the super handy quick duck buffer in phase 3. If you happen to delay by 2 frames in phase 2 you can use a quick dodge buffer instead. Definitely beats guessing.
