I know for a fact other people have had this problem in the past, but I couldn't find answers for my particular situation. My joycons are lagging in docked mode, sometimes as much as one second before my button input is registered. I improved my situation a little by moving the switch dock, but it still sometimes does this. Any suggestions?

try unpairing and pairing the joycons and see if that helps

If you are using a newer TV try restarting it

I have been experiencing this too, I found that the plus button is most affected by it. I just move the joycons closer to the console.
