Still could have had a better 8-1 and Bowser's Castle, but 8-2 was much cleaner, which allowed for a few seconds.
I used a SNES controller to a SNES to GameCube adapter, plugged into a Nintendo GameCube with the Game Boy Player, using the Game Boy Interface Software outputted through the Insurrection Industries Carby via HDMI.
