cheat% beat the game as fast as possible with as many (beneficial) cheats possible

so a run only for emu players, meh

Idea is good, but it is limited to only EMU and I doubt it will be very competitive since they can just do place some random object in the beginning of the game to go to straight to Bowser and beat the game in a minute.
